Digital Account Manager – Commission Only

Salary: 50% commission of sales

Objectives

  • Organise agency resource to translate strategy into actionable tasks
  • Support the agency’s client-specific strategic output
  • Manage jobs from start to finish
  • Generate and maintain momentum in client work

Key elements/deliverables of the role

  • Have an opinion on digital strategy and create client plans in line with top-level strategy
  • Understand web design and development projects in detail
  • Understand digital marketing in detail, primarily search
  • Understand how to interpret data from a commercial perspective
  • Work with other areas of the agency to ensure jobs run effectively
  • More knowledge than anyone else about the detail of client jobs
  • Management of clients’ work-in-progress
  • Accurate and timely status & contact reporting, estimating and invoicing on all clients
  • Ensure all client and internal approvals are obtained as required for all work
